E4H Healthy Elders is a program to build a community of healthy and well nourished elders.

This is to address issues like "EXPERIENCE of LONELINESS and FEELINGS of USELESSNESS by bringing  them to the centre of a community life. It is by using the elders gift along with the gift of neighbors to make a better and a more inclusive community

If you are a health concious individual, land owner or a local farmer be involved in achieving a self-sustainable food system.
